The sea view apartments and studios offer a wonderful view of the Bay of Palma from their terrace equipped with modern outdoor furniture so that our clients can enjoy the splendid Mediterranean Sea from their own room.
Apartment

An apartment with sea view consists of a living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom with two single beds that can be adjoined to form a double bed and a complete bathroom. In addition, all our apartments with sea view have a terrace with unobstructed views over the bay.
Studio

A study with sea view consists of a single room that serves as a living room, kitchen and bedroom, as well as having a full bathroom. In addition, all our sea view studios have a balcony with unobstructed views over the bay.
Standard Apartment
(no sea view)
An apartment without sea view (or standard) consists of a living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom. In addition, most of our apartments without sea view have a balcony facing the interior patio.
Standard Studio
(no sea view)
A studio without ocean view (or standard) consists of a single room that serves as a living-dining room and bedroom, as well as having a full bathroom. In addition, some of our studios without sea view have a balcony facing the interior patio.
